Returns & Refund Policy
At Hezluxe, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only for eligible items and subject to the conditions below.
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
The item is in resalable condition
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
Earrings
Nose rings
Customised or personalised gift sets
Any item marked as final sale
These items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos showing the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
4. How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds may take 5–15 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, please place a new order.
